Experiences
Experiences Overview: Our Journeys have been intentionally curated for connection and personal growth, blending travel and transformation. Each experience is individual to you.
Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit secures your place. The total deposit amount is specified on each Experience page when you buy. You’ll receive an invoice and confirmation of your place within 3 days. If, for any reason, we are no longer able to provide a place on an Experience, all fees including the deposit are fully refundable.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the commencement. In the case of any bookings made after this date, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. In the days leading up to the final payment date, you will receive an automated email reminder to complete your payment. If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will be made available to those on the waitlist and you will forfeit your deposit. All experience payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Cancellations: Life happens but deposits are non-refundable/transferable. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as you can. However, in the event of extreme circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you find yourself in such a situation and deposits may be transferred once and can only be used for a new Experience booking within 6 months of the original date. If full payment has been made, we won’t be able to issue a refund but can possibly transfer the deposit amount to a new future retreat deposit. If, a deposit can be moved, there will be an admin fee of €85.
Travel Cancellation Insurance: It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat or training, but unexpected things do happen, some of which are beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
Dietary Needs: Please share any dietary needs in the booking form at checkout.
Room & Accommodation: Select your room preference on the booking form. If sharing a room, please specify who you are sharing with.
Force Majeure: In unforeseen events, like a pandemic or natural disaster, we will work to reschedule the Experience. Refunds, however, can’t be guaranteed.
Health & Safety: Your well-being is a priority. Please ensure you have travel insurance to cover any unexpected situations.
Liability: By attending, you acknowledge that Daring Humans is not responsible for accidents or loss of property during your stay.
Store
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation with delivery details.
Final Sales: Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll make sure to provide a replacement.
Damaged Items: If your order is damaged, please email us explaining the damage with attached images within 7 days for a replacement.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Privacy
Information Collection: We value your trust and only collect the essentials—your name, email, and payment info—to provide you with the best experience.
How We Use Data: Your information is used for fulfilling orders and communication. We will never share it without your permission.
Data Security: Your data is kept safe and secure. If you'd like it removed at any time, just let me know.
Legal Compliance: We respect all legal guidelines and will only share data if required by law.
